4 RECIPES FOR CHRISTMAS EVE

SALMON GRAVLAX

Wash the salmon fillet in cold water, dry it and remove the ridges.

Sprinkle with dill then cover the dish with cling film to leave for 2 TO 3 DAYS in the fridge

 

Before serving, pass it under cold water, dry it with a clean cloth and then serve it in thin slice. Sprinkle with peppercorns and fresh dill

Ingredients

400 g de salmon fillet

4 tbsp. coarse salt

2 tbsp. Of Sugar

1 tbsp of pepper

Fresh dill

POTATOES HASSELBACK

Ingredients :

4 potatoes

4 cloves of garlic

Olive oil

Butter

Herbs (thyme, basil)

Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 210 °

OATMEAL FLAKES BISCUITS

Ingredients :

100 g oatmeal flakes

35 g of flour

100 g of sugar

80 g melted butter

1/2 egg

1 tsp. liquid vanilla extract

1 tbsp. honey

1 tsp. coffee baking powder

Mix the oatmeal flakes.

Mix them with the sugar and the flour in a salad bowl.

Add the melted butter, egg, vanilla, honey and yeast, mixing well.

Let stand 2 hours cool.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Form small piles of dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, spacing them well.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.

Let the biscuits cool before taking off and store in an airtight container.
